Yahoo, both of our 'boys' are doing well! McGee was really lucky and is in good hands with Abby. Having worked in hospitals, I bet those nurses were having fits over her being in the bed with McGee, but if I was recovering from surgery I'd want someone close to me snuggled up to me too (depending on how much pain I was in).

Poor Ziva - she's just not sure how to help her injured friends. They'll help her along. I wonder if/when she'll question Gibbs about talking to 'spirit' Tony? I should be a VERY interesting conversation.

I'm thrilled that Tony is waking up (but will he remember what happened or will Gibbs have to 'remind' him!). Funny thing, I actually miss 'spirit' Tony. I know this doesn't make sense. :)

I love the fact that Gibbs was holding Tony's hand when the medical team came in to reevaluate. How sweet and lovely.

I have really enjoyed this fic and although I'm sad to see it come to an end, I'm looking forward to reading it again from the beginning and picking up nuances I've missed. It's one of those keeper stories for sure.
