It's not quite accurate, because they're actually on the floor and Harry's in pain too, but I was drew the sketch in school and didn't have the scene in front of me, so...

( NCIS 7x02 Reunion - spoilers )

I'm having a slight age crisis. Which, when I look at it in a bigger perspective, feels kind of silly considering I've just turned 25, but...

I know becoming a doctor is what I want to do - even more so since I started my year of studies to make up the subjects I don't have a high school grade in (we didn't have advanced math and biology, physics and chemistry when I went to high school, and I need it to go to med school). I love math, chemistry and biology, and I find most of physics fine (though our teachers is horrid).

However, I feel old.

For the first time since I started school when I was six years old, I'm now one of the older students. I've never been one of the older students before; I was always one of the youngest. And I know I have another six years of studies before I'm anywhere near finished, which means I'll be over 30 by the time I'm done. And now there's an age that makes me angst ^^

In law school, I was fairly young - 24 and done is quite all right. 31 and a doctor... not so much with the fast tracking.

I just need to get over it and stop stressing - it'll take the time it takes - but at the moment, I'm having an angst fest.

(At least I know exactly what I want with life now - I haven't for the first 25 years of my life ^^)

I guess I had forgotten (read: repressed) how much of NCIS was about Tony/Ziva. Then I watched the ET online interview thing, where Sean Murray and Mark Harmon barely got to say anything, because pretty much all the questions were to Cote dePablo (and Michael Weatherly) about Ziva, and Tony/Ziva.

I. Don't. Care.

Not about Ziva, and most certainly not about Tony/Ziva. Everything is about that. I guess it's something that they admit that it's not the least bit subtle anymore.

Beyond that, CdP and the others are getting on my nerves for talking about how fantastic the show was last season, and how fantastic it's going to be now - because if they think last year was fantastic, then... ugh. There were a couple of good episodes, a few that made sense and had good characterization, but the rest was various degrees of crap.

Just kill her off (they're apparently very good at shocking people with killing characters off - never mind that Kate's was the only really shocking one, whereas Jenny's was of necessity because they'd written her into such a corner and most people hated her, and Agent Lee had also been written into a corner that would've been very messy to get out of).

Sigh.

I posted the winners for the NCIS Awards 2009 on Tuesday. I haven't had time to post my own Yay!-post because school just started up and it's absolutely horrid as far as amount of things to do goes, but here is my Yay!-post. I was quite surprised when the banners were sent to me - I'd won two of the Tony/Tim categories :) Thank you very much to everyone who nominated me and voted for me :) And big congrats to everyone who won (and everyone who was nominated, for that matter).

Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me...

I'm 25 now and can't quite believe it. On the one hand, I feel I've accomplished stuff (finished law school, live in a lovely apartment, have my cats, my company is successful enough), but on the other hand, I feel I haven't done anything. Still. At the moment I'm pretty happy.

And for the 26th year in a row, the weather is fantabulous on my birthday. I have NEVER had bad weather on my birthday (including when I was born), and that is quite the feat when one lives in Sweden. It's a running gag in my family - they say that if you ever want to plan a big party, or a wedding, or something else that requires good weather, then they should have it on my birthday, because it never rains ^^

My muses for writing have completely left me, but I'm drawing instead at the moment. Two entries for

hd_fanart's artfest, and this for a contest on deviantArt. It's a "Behind the scenes" contest - what do the Disney characters do between takes, for example. I did Aurora from Sleeping Beauty ^^

lumos_lims Round FOUR is starting! SIGN UP HERE!

So, yesterday I went to see Britney Spears "The Circus Tour" live in Copenhagen. Me and 39 999 others, apparently - according to one of the Britney Spears sites, we were 40 000 people and that's one of the biggest concerts she's done.

I had a ticket for a standing spot. Got there about two hours before admittance started, and since I was on my own, I could easily sneak to the front (wasn't much sneaking; I simply sat down there). When they started admittance, I was in in about five minutes and could pick a good spot. I stood all the way by the fence at first, but decided that I couldn't see enough of the sides from there, so I went to the other side and stood a few rows back. Turned out it was a great place to stand and I could see really well.

The concert itself was exactly what I thought it'd be - about 90 minutes of extremely well-choreographed show. It's not a music concert as such; the music isn't really the important thing. Britney does a show. And she does it really, really well.
