New fic-research questions

Anyone good with New Jersey family law? I'm planning on a sequel for The Beginning of All Things, and it might be necessary to mention a law or two.

Also, anyone who can be my baby-beta? ^^ I don't have any particular experience with kids in the age I'll be writing - about a year old - and I'll be going off internet research, but someone with actual experience would be good.

I haven't started writing yet, but I thought I'd put this out there.
